Guam Youth Congress Representative

Sinot Devin Santos is representative of the 35th Guam Youth Congress, representing the University of Guam. He also serves as a Senator in the University of Guam Student Government Association, advocating for the student body. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture & Life Sciences with a minor in CHamoru Studies, he is dedicated to both academic and cultural enrichment. Outside of college and community service, Sinot Santos volunteers as a coach for the Guam High School boys’ and girls’ varsity volleyball teams in the IIAAG league.
